摘要
职业教育的生成逻辑是构建面向人人的中国特色现代职业教育体系的逻辑前提。通过对职业教育生成逻辑历史演进的洞悉,可以清晰透视到职业教育既不是普通教育的旁系,也不是单纯地依附于社会需要而得到发展,而是贯穿于个人生涯发展全过程的一种教育类型。然而,时至今日,我国对职业教育生成逻辑的认识还存在着国家本位、技术本位及就业本位等价值偏误。事实上,职业教育必须坚持社会本位与个人本位、工具价值与理性价值、就业功能与升学功能"三位一体"的职业教育生成逻辑观,在根本上促进职业教育的可持续发展。
The generation logicality of vocational education is the logic premise of establishing modem vocational educa- tion system in China. By studying the history development of the generation logicality of vocational education, we think that vocational education is neither the lateral branch of general education, nor simply depends on the development of so- cial needs. In fact, vocational education is a type of education that should run through the whole procedure of human be- ing development. However, the cognition of the generation logicality of vocational education exits in the value mistake of nation-oriented and skills-oriented and employment-oriented. In order to realize sustainable development, vocational educa- tion should persist in the generation logicality of trinity that is social-oriented and individual-oriented, instrument-rationali- ty and value-rationality, and employment-function and entrance-function.
