摘要 目的研究熊果酸大剂量滴丸的制备工艺。方法自然滴制法制备熊果酸滴丸,以滴丸的溶散时限、外观质量、丸重差异及溶出度为考察指标,正交优选最佳制备工艺参数。结果最佳制备工艺是载药量为20%,药液滴制温度为70~75℃,Poloxamer 188用量4%,冷却剂为二甲基硅油-350。结论优选出的熊果酸滴丸制备工艺合理,制得滴丸质量稳定,体外累积溶出度高。 Objective To study the preparation technology of high-dose ursolic acid(UA) dropping pills.MethodsUA dropping pills was dropped naturally.The optimal preparation technology was determined by disintegration time,weight difference of dropping pills,appearance and dissolution.Results The optimal preparation technology conditions were as follows: 20% drug,dimethyl-silicone oil-350 as the cooling agent,temperature of dropping liquid 70-75 ℃ and 4% Poloxamer188.Conclusion The preparation technology for UA dropping pills is reasonable.The quality of UA dropping pills is stable with high dissolution.
