摘要
目的采用GC-MS法分析不同厂家生产的二妙丸中挥发油化学成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油,并使用GC-MS联用技术对其进行化学成分分析。结果鉴别了二妙丸中挥发油成分中大部分色谱峰,经与文献资料比对,对化学结构进行了确证,初步推测5种未见报道的挥发油组分的结构。结论不同来源的二妙丸的挥发油成分略有不同,应加强对药材质量和工艺过程的控制,以保持该药品的质量稳定性;建立的方法可作为挥发性成分的控制方法。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from Ermiao pills from different manufacturers with GC-MS.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method,and the components were separated and identified by GC-MS.Results Most peaks in the total ion chromatograms were identified,and their structures were confirmed by comparison with the literature data.The structure of 5 volatile oil components firstly found in the pills was deduced.Conclusion The constituents of volatile oil from different manufacturers are distinguished.The quality of the medicinal materials and the manufacturing process should be controlled to stablize the quality of the pills.The method can be used for the quality control of the volatile oil in the medicinal materials and in the pills.
