右美托咪定喷鼻用于小儿核磁共振检查镇静效果的观察 被引量:6

Observation on the sedative effect of intranasal dexmedetomidine used for MRI scanning in children

摘要 目的:探讨右美托咪定喷鼻用于小儿核磁共振检查镇静效果。方法:选择MRI检查的患儿40例,随机分为两组,每组20例:水合氯醛组(A组)和右美托嘧啶组(B组)。A组患儿以10%水合氯醛50-80 mg/kg灌肠,B组以1.5μg/kg右美托咪定喷鼻。监测并比较两组患儿用药前与用药后的心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、呼吸频率(RR);观察镇静效果,并进行Ramsay镇静评分并记录不良反应。结果:两组患儿用药后均能完成检查,但B组的镇静效果优于A组且未发生不良反应;A组不能配合给药3例,发生轻度恶心1例。结论:右美托咪定喷鼻用于小儿核磁共振检查镇静时,药物起效快、效果确切、不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective: To explore the sedative effect of intranasal dexmedetomidine used for MRI scanning in children. Methods: Forty children undergoing MRI scanning were randomly divided into two groups, 20 children in each group; the children in group A were treated with 10% chloral hydrate as enema (50 -80 mg/kg), while the children in group B were treated with intranasal dexmedetomidine (1.5 μg/kg) . Heart rates, oxyhemoglobin saturations and respiratory rates before and after treatment in the two groups were monitored and compared; the sedative effects in the two groups were observed; Ramsay scores were obtained and the adverse reactions were recorded. Resuits: MRI scanning was completed in the two groups after treatment, but the sedative effect in group B was better than that in group A, no adverse reaction occurred in group B; while in group A, 3 children couldnt cooperate the treatment, and one child was found with mild nausea. Conclusion: Intranasal dexmedetomidine used for MRI scanning in children has the advantages of taking action fast, good sedative effect and few adverse reactions, which is worth clinical popularizing and applying.
