口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者感染的预防

Infection prevention and nursing for oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury

目的分析口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者感染发生的原因和预防措施,以减少其感染率。方法调查颌面整形外科2010年2月-2013年3月口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者178例,将其随机分为观察组96例和对照组82例;比较两组患者并发症、感染发生率,以及两组患者的满意度,采用SPSS16.0软件进行分析。结果口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者发生感染对照组有21例,感染率25.61%,观察组有6例,感染率6.25%;并发症发生率对照组为21.95%、观察组为5.21%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者实施的护理干预及感染预防的措施,有效改善了患者预后,加快了患者的康复,降低了感染和并发症的发生。

OBJECTIVE To analyze causes and prevention measures for infections in the patients with oral maxillofacial soft tissue injury, in order to reduce infections. METHODS A total of 178 cases of patients in our department from Feb. 2010 to Mar. 2013 were treated for oral maxillofacial soft tissue injury. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Complications, infection and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Data were analyzed by SPSS16.0. RESULTS Complications of the patients were compared in the observation group and the control group and in the control group there were 18 cases of patients with complications accounting for 21. 95% of the total number, and in the observation group there were 5 cases of patients with complications accounting for 5.21% of the total number, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Infections were compared in the two groups, and in the control group there were 21 cases of infections accounting for 25.61% of the total number, and in the observation group there were 6 cases of infections accounting for 6.25% of the total number, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Patients were given with nursing intervention and infection prevention measures for oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury, which effectively improved the prognosis of patients, accelerated the rehabilitation of patients, improved patient satisfaction, reduced infections and complications.
