OBJECTIVE To study the types and resistance of mycoplasma in puerpera genital tract infections, and discuss some prevention measures so as to'guide clinical control of mycoplasma infection in puerpera genital tract. METHODS A total of 96 puerpera with mycoplasma infections in genital tract were selected, and pathogenic mycoplasma were separated and cultured, then the mycoplasma drug resistance and sensitivity were tested. RESULTS A total of 96 samples of genital tract secretions from puerpera with mycoplasma infection in genital tract were analyzed, the results showed there were 67 cases of simple Ureaplasrna urealyticum (Uu) infection accounting for 65.79%, 7 cases of simple Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) infection accounting for 7.29%, and 22 cases of Uu plus Mh infection accounting for 22.92%. Uu had a higher sensitivity for Clarithromycin and pristinamycin, with the sensitivity rate of 95.52% and 92.54 % respectively. Mh had a higher sensitivity for pristinamycin, clarithromycin and Roxithromycin, with the sensitivity rate of 100.00%, 100.00% and 100.00% respectively. Uu plus Mh had a higher sensitivity for Pristinamyein and Clarithromycin, with the sensitivity rate of 90. 91% and 86. 36% respectively. CONCLUSION When mycoplasmas infection of genital tract occurred in puerpera, isolation, culture and drug sensitivity test of myeoplasmas should he performed and timely treatment should be initialized with selection of antimicrobial drugs of low resistance rates and high sensitivity.
