区域科技资源共享平台集成服务流程与管理研究

Research on the Integrated Service Process and Management of Regional Science & Technology Resource Sharing Platform

随着创新需求日益复杂化、个性化及区域科技资源共享平台集聚资源数量增加、种类丰富,平台服务理念已从"以资源为中心"向"以需求为导向"转变,服务方式也从信息对接服务逐步向智能化、网络化的集成服务方式演进。文章提出区域科技资源共享平台集成服务的内涵,设计需求获取与识别→资源匹配与优选→服务对接与传递→效果评估与反馈的平台集成服务流程,为加强平台科学化、规范化管理,提高平台运行效率和服务水平提供了方法指导和决策依据。

With the increasingly complicated and personalized innovation demand as well as the increased quantity and diverse category of the gathered resources of regional science ＆ technology resource sharing platform, the service idea of platform is changing from ＂taking resource as core＂ to ＂demand-oriented＂, meanwhile the service mode is evolving from information relay service to integrated service with intelligent and network attributes step by step. This paper puts forward the connotation of integrated service of regional science ＆ technology resource sharing platform. Then, the paper designs the process of platform integrated service, such as ＂demand acquisition and recognition→ resource matching and selection→ service relay and delivery→effect evaluation and feedback＂, which provides method instruction and decision-making basis to strengthen the scientific and standardized management of the platform as well as improve the operating efficiency and service level of the platform.
