精密过滤输液器预防新生儿PICC导管堵塞的效果观察

Observation on effect of sophisticated filters infusion for prevention of PICC catheter blockage in neonates

[目的]探讨精密过滤输液器预防新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)堵塞的效果。[方法]315例留置PICC导管的新生儿,其中163例使用普通输液器,152例使用精密过滤输液器,比较两组患儿导管堵塞发生率的差异。[结果]使用普通输液器组新生儿PICC导管堵塞发生率为7.18%,使用精密过滤输液器组新生儿PICC导管堵塞发生率4.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]使用精密过滤输液器可预防和减少新生儿PICC导管堵塞,减轻患儿痛苦,保证输液顺利进行,同时也减轻护士工作量。

Objective：To probe into the effect of sophisticated filters infusion for prevention of PICC catheter blockage in neonates.Methods：In315cases of neonates indwelling PICC catheter,163cases of them used ordinary infusion sets,152cases of them used sophisticated filters infusion,then to compare the differences in the incidence of catheter blockage between both groups.Results：The incidence of PICC catheter blockage in newborns using ordinary infusion set was 7.18%,the incidence of PICC catheter blockage in newborns in sophisticated filters infusion group was 4.60%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of sophisticated filters infusion can prevent and reduce neonatal PICC catheter blockage and release their pain,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the infusion and reduce the workload of nurses at the same time.
