急性呼吸窘迫综合征使用非常规机械通气的护理 被引量:6

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是临床最常见的急性呼吸衰竭。目前有很多非常规机械通气模式和方法,如俯卧位通气、神经调节辅助通气(NAVA)、体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)、高频通气(HFV)等,临床中加强护理,可以在一定程度上降低ARDS的病死率。
