摘要
通过随驻地城市参与公立医院改革试点4年的实践,总结医院面临医改的挑战及自身建设存在的问题,提出以下对策:从宏观上对军队医疗资源进行调整与配属,结合岗位需求对管理人员进行灵活调配使用,集合力尽快催生学科特色技术优势,健全并推开以绩效评价为核心的管理机制,以更好适应医改,促进军队医院持续建设发展。
Based on the practice of four-years participating in public hospitals reform,the challenges were discussed of the military hospital to participate the reform,and then the countermeasures were proposed as following:Adjusting the military medical resources allocation,making full use of the human resources,promoting the disciplines development,establishing performance evaluation management,thus to promote the development of military hospitals.
