本文通过对新形势下军队中小医院护理人员掌握野战护理技能需要的现状分析,从提高野战护理思想认识、加强野战护理知识学习和技能培训三方面入手,探讨野战护理技能训练的具体方法,为提高护理人员野战技能提供指导。

The needs to master field nursing skills were analyzed of nursing staff during the new period in small-middle military hospitals,and the methods to carry out nursing skill training were discussed from three aspects ashelping them to realize the necessities to master this skill,studying field nursing knowledge and providing skills training.
