摘要
本文从分析现阶段特勤人员疗养面临的困难和挑战入手,阐述疗养院有效提升特勤人员疗养的保障能力的做法及发展模式;认为作为特勤人员疗养的疗养院,必须坚持以有效维护和促进官兵身心健康这一核心目标,积极探索特勤人员疗养管理模式,着力实现使命任务、保障能力、建设路经、服务方式的创新发展,以适应当前特勤人员健康、任务的需求。
The present difficulties and challenges ofspecial service recuperationwere discussed,and measuresand service mode to enhance the support capability were proposed as following：adhering to the service goal of effective safeguard and promote physical and mental health of the officers,and advancing nursing management mode,innovating development methodsto fulfill the mission.
