摘要 综合介绍了"十一五"国家科技支撑计划重点项目"科研用高纯有机试剂核心单元物质及共性关键技术的研制与开发"和"科研用有机试剂标准规范的制定及工程化研究"的研究成果。针对食品安全、环境监测等重点领域高准确度检测急需,紧密围绕化学计量研究中急需的高纯试剂制备技术及痕量杂质检测技术两大核心内容,遴选出高纯溶剂、样品处理材料、同位素试剂3大类核心物质。攻克了高纯试剂制备、纯化、痕量杂质去除及检测关键技术,形成了系列国家标准、行业标准,构建了质量控制体系,支撑了试剂行业的可持续发展,通过国际计量国际比对,实现了痕量检测结果的国际等效一致。 In the field of chemistry and chemical engineering, there requires the corresponding special solvents for chromatographic analysis, spectrum analysis, pesticide residue detection,mass spectrometry analysis, organic synthesis, such as solvent for pesticide residue detection and solvent for LC-MS analysis. Pesticide residue grade n-hexane is one of the most widely used solvents, mainly applied in the pesticide residue detection of food safety, environment detection, clinical medicine and related fields, playing a important role in the pesticide residue detection;while LC-MS grade acetonitrile is the com- mon organic mobile phase for LC-MS ,playing a.important role in qualitative and quantitative of mixture analytes. Due to those high-purity core reagents including solvents, isotopes and SPE columns under developing were too slowly, summarized the results of purification process and high-purity core reagents & development of common key purification technologies funded by MOST national key technology R&D program.
