超支化聚合物用作抗癌药物载体的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 超支化聚合物独特的三维分子结构使其具有低粘度、高反应活性、良好的溶解性和大量的末端可功能化基团等性质。也正因为它们的低毒性、可生物降解性及无免疫原性能,所以作为药物载体材料具有良好的发展前景。对超支化聚合物的结构特点及其应用做了简单的介绍,重点对两类超支化聚合物/抗癌药物载体材料,包括超支化聚合物/药物复合物抗癌载体材料和超支化聚合物/药物键合物抗癌载体材料的研究进行了综述。 Hyperhranched polymers have a low viscosity in solution, high reactivity, good solubility and a high density of functional groups at the periphery for unique three-dimensional globular structures. In addition, hyperbranched polymers have greatly demonstrated good prospects for development due to their low toxicity, biodegradability and non-immunogenic properties. In this work, the structural features and applications of hyperhranched polymers were introduced briefly, and two types of hyperbranched polymer/anticancer drug carrier materials, including hyperhranched polymer/drug complexes and hyperhranched polymer/drug conjugates were reviewed in details.
