一种新型多足酰胺的合成及其晶体结构

摘要 以三羟甲基氨基甲烷、4-甲基苯磺酰氯、水杨酸甲酯和苄胺为主要原料设计合成了标题化合物,其结构经1HNMR、IR、元素分析、质谱和X-射线单晶衍射表征。结果表明,标题化合物属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数为:a=10.877(4),b=13.454(4),c=18.261(6),α=83.658(6)°,β=73.614(6)°,γ=73.795(6)°,V=2 460.6(14)3,Dc=1.219Mg/m3,Z=2,μ=0.12 mm-1,F(000)=952。该配合物分子通过氢键、π-π堆积等弱相互作用形成了2D超分子网状结构。 A novel multipodal amide was synthesized using tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, tosyl chloride, methyl salicylate and benzylamide as main raw material. The title compound was characterized by ^1HNMR, IR, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The X- ray single-crystal diffraction analysis indicates that the title compound belongs to trielinie system with P-1 space group and cell parameter: a=10.877(4)A,b=13.454(4)A,c=18.261(6)A,α=83.658(6)°,β=73.614(6)°,γ=73.795(6)°,V=2460.6(14)A^3,Dc=1.219Mg/m^3,Z=2,μ=0.12mm^-1,F(000)=952. The 2D supermoleeular network architectures of the title compound have been formed via the hydrogen bondings and π -π stacking interactions.
