摘要
高校思想政治理论课教学面临着诸多现实困境:在课程体系的设置上,存在逻辑性差、教学内容重复的问题;在教学改革方面,存在重形式、轻内容的弊端;在教师队伍的建设上,存在自我认同度下降、师资力量流失的现象。在分析现状的基础上提出了进一步改革思想政治理论课的建议:采用新的课程体系取代"05方案";教学改革主要由借外力转向靠内功;借鉴他人文社会科学学科建设的成功经验;在稳定思想政治理论课教师队伍的基础上,提升教师的理论修养、学术品味和科研能力。
Ideological and political theory education in China's universities now face some problems. The curriculum system is not designed very logically and some courses overlap with one another in teaching contents. So far, teaching reforms have focused mainly on method rather than crucial content. Teachers in this field have a lower self-esteem than before and some of them have left. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward three suggestions: that we should replace " Program 05" with a new system of curriculum; that teaching reform should shift from relying on formal means to improving teaching capacity; and that development of Marxist disciplines should learn from development of other Humanities and Social Sciences. While maintaining the current teachers engaging in Ideological and Political Theory Education, it is more crucial to strengthen their theoretical training, refine their academic taste and improve their research ability.
