摘要
在国家倡导大学生基层就业计划和云南桥头堡建设急需大批高层次人才的情况下,云南跨境民族地区大学生的返乡就业迎来了新的机遇,也面临着一系列的挑战:包括对政府如何认识人力资本的挑战;云南高校人才培养模式与劳动力市场需求契合的挑战以及对云南跨境民族地区大学生特色就业力认识的挑战。
Under the circumstance of the encouragement of government for graduates to obtain employments in more basic levels and the need for more well-educated graduates for Yunnan's "Gateway" strategy, the situation of the returning-home employment for graduates in cross-border and ethnic areas have reached a series of opportunities as well as challenges. These challenges are among the government's understanding of human capital, the correspondence level between higher education model and need for the labor market, and the contradiction between graduates" employability and society's employment needs in cross-border ethnic areas.
