摘要
目的:考察全国13个产地15批菊苣和毛菊苣地上部分药材中绿原酸、多糖含量,为菊苣地上部分药材的质量评价提供参考。方法:采用HPLC法测定药材中绿原酸含量。采用苯酚-硫酸法测定药材中多糖含量。结果:绿原酸在0.009~0.27μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为101.56%。果糖在0.0017~0.0332mg线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.06%。15批菊苣地上部分药材中绿原酸含量在00367~1.2986mg/g之间,多糖含量在2.5933~7.0745mg/g之间。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于菊苣地上部分药材中绿原酸、多糖的含量测定。不同产地菊苣地上部分药材中多糖含量稳定,可为其质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To determine the Chlorogenic acid and polysaccharides contents of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss. et Huet. and Cichorium intybus L. from different regions and provide the scientific basis for its application. Methods : The Chlorogenic acid contents were determined by HPLC method and the polysaccharides contents were determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method. Results : The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0. 009 - 0.27 μg ( r = 1. 0000) and the average recovery ( n = 6) was 101.56 ( RSD = 2.13% ). The linear range of polysaccharides was0. 0017 ~ 0. 0332 mg ( r = 0. 9997 ) and the average recovery ( n = 6) was 98.06 ( RSD = 2.14% ). The contents of Chlorogenic acid and polysaccharides in Chicory from various cultivation locations varied from 0.0367 - 1. 2986 mg/g and 2. 5933 - 7. 0745 mg/g respectively. Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the content of Chlorogenic acid and Polysaccharides in the stem of Chicory conveniently. The content of Polysaccharides in the stem of Chicory was stable form different regions, and it can be used to evaluate the quality of Chiory.
