摘要
目的:观察香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:观察患者65例,随机分为治疗组31例和对照组34例。治疗组用香砂六君子汤治疗,对照组用耐信或吗丁啉治疗,疗程为4周,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候学指标(症状积分)、总疗效、生活质量量表评分(包括躯体生理健康总评分PCS和精神心理健康总评分MCS)变化。结果:中药治疗组总有效率96.2%,临床治愈率33.3%,治疗1、2、4周临床症状评分分别为(3.32±2.19),(2.19±1.55),(0.74±0.47),与治疗前(5.55±1.46)比较均明显下降(P<0.001),停药6个月PCS、MCS分别是(16.56±1.19)和(14.18±2.85),与治疗前、治疗4周比较仍显著升高,差异有统计学意义。结论:应用香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良(尤其是餐后不适综合征)安全可靠,疗效肯定,能有效改善患者临床症状评分及生活质量评分。
Objective : To observe the effect of Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of functional dyspepsia. Methods:65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 34 cases was treated with Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction and control group with 34 with treated Nexium or domperidone. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. TCM syndromes index ( symptom ), the total efficacy, quality of life scale[scores of physical component- summary(PCS) and mental componentsummary (MCS)] changes were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 96.2% and the cure rate was 33.3%. The clinical symptoms scores of 1,2,4 weeks treatment were (3.32 ± 2. 19) , (2.19 ± 1.55 ), (0.74± 0.47 ), and there were significant decrease than that of prior treatmentnt ( 5.55 ±1.46) ( P 〈 0. 001 ). 6 months after stopping drug,PCS and MCS respectively were (16.56 ± 1.19) and (14.18 ± 2.85 ), significantly higher than that of prior treatmentnt and 4 weeks after treatment there was statistical significance. Conclusion: Application of Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction in the type of spleen - stomach deficiency of functional dyspepsia, especially FD - PDS, is safe and effective, and it can effectively improve the score of the quality of life and clinical symptoms in patients.
