摘要
目的:研究不同粒径的浙贝母粉体在溶出度和药效学上的差异。方法:以贝母素甲的溶出量为指标,比较浙贝母最细粉(D50=36.46μm)和普通粉(D50=158.65μm)在溶出度上的差异。并通过小鼠酚红排痰实验和小鼠氨水引咳实验,比较浙贝母最细粉和普通粉在药效学上的差异。结果:浙贝母最细粉中的贝母素甲的体外溶出速度显著快于普通粉(P<0.05),最细粉表现出明显的排痰效果和镇咳作用,而普通粉的排痰效果和镇咳作用均不明显。结论:超微粉碎能促进浙贝母有效成分的溶出,浙贝母最细粉的药理效应要优于普通粉。
Objective:To study the influence of partical diameter on dissolution rate in vitro and pharmacodynamics of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.. Method: The dissolution rates in vitro of superfine powder and common powder of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. were measured and compared with the index of peimine. The expectorant activity was studied by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice. The anti - tussive effect was investigated through testing EDT50 induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice. Result:There were significant differences between superfine powder and common powder in dissolution rate in vitro (P 〈0.05 ). The contents of peimine from two powders were in the order: superfine powder 〉 common powder. Moreover, superfine powder of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. had conspicuous effect of expectorant and anti - tussive effect. Conclusion: Superfine grinding was helpful for the dissolution of the active components in Fritillria thunbergii Miq.. The superfine powder of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. was better than the common powder in the pharmacodynamics action.
