中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效观察

Observe and Analyze the Methods and Clinical Efficacy of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Depression

目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁的方法及临床疗效。方法:选取脑梗死后抑郁患者60例为研究对象,数字法随机将患者分为两组,其中对照组30例给予常规西药治疗左洛复50 mg口服,观察组30例在对照组治疗基础上给予中药通窍活血汤加减治疗,两组治疗8周,观察比较治疗前后HAMD-17评分及筛选因子评分及神经功能缺损评分的改善情况。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前HAMD-17评分无明显差异,治疗4周及8周后观察组HAMD-17评分均优于对照组,治疗后观察组在抑郁情绪、胃肠道症状、早醒及睡眠不深情况均优于对照组,治疗4周及8周后观察组患者NIHSS量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁临床疗效显著,能够有效的改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,减轻抑郁程度,有效的提高患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the analysis of Integrative treatment of cerebral infarction depression and clinical efficacy. Methods ： 60 patients with depression, cerebral selected for the study, patients were randomly digital divided into two groups ,30 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine Zoloft 50mg orally observed in the control group of 30 patients received treatment based on group Tongqiaohuoxue medicine decoction for treatment, treatment, 4 weeks, HAMD - 17 score and improve screefiing factor score and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results ： Observation group and control group before treatment HAMD - 17 score was no significant difference in the treatment of two weeks and four weeks after the observation group HAMD - 17 scores were better than the control group, the observation group after treatment, depression, gastrointestinal symptoms, early awakening and deep sleep is not the case than the control group, two weeks and four weeks after treatment was observed in patients NIHSS scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Integrative treatment of cerebral infarction depression significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the patient＇s neurological deficit, reduce the degree of depression, effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
