摘要 目的探讨不同剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚对小儿先天性心脏病肺动脉高压体外循环后细胞因子释放及肺保护的影响。方法 60例患儿随机分为3组,A组给予长托宁0.02 mg/kg,B组给予0.04 mg/kg长托宁,C组给予等体积生理盐水,比较差异。结果 T1、T2、T33个时刻B组TNF-ɑ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于A组、C组,B组术后1、2 d浸湿纸张数量及肺炎发生率均低于A组、C组,均P<0.05。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚可减少小儿先天性心脏病肺动脉高压体外循环后细胞因子释放,保护肺功能。 Objective To observe the effects of different doses of penehyclidine hydrochloride on the cytokine release and pul-monary protection in children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary arterial hypertension after cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 60 cases of children were divided into three groups randomly, the A group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride, 0.02 mg/kg, B group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride, 0.04 mg/kg, and C group was given equal volume of saline. The difference between three groups was compared. Results The levels of TNF-ɑ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 of B group at T1, T2, T3 were lower than those of A group and C group, the number of soaked paper 1 d, 2 d after the operation and the incidence of pneumonia of B group was lower than that of A group and B group, respectively, all P〈0.05. Conclusion For children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary arterial hypertension after cardiopulmonary bypass, penehyclidine hydrochloride can significantly reduce the release of cytokines and protect pulmonary function.
