优质护理在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病中的作用

The Role of High Quality Nursing Care in the Intensive Treatment of Diabetes with Insulin Pump

目的探讨优质护理在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病中的作用。方法将60例胰岛素泵强化治疗的糖尿病患者随机分为两组:常规护理组和优质护理组,对比两组护理前后结果。结果发现两种方法在控制血糖上均有不同程度的作用,但优质护理组在血糖达标时间(4.6±1.5)、平均住院日(8.3±2.6)、低血糖发生率(26.7%)、用药依从性上均明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论优质护理能有效降低胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病患者血糖,减少平均住院日,降低低血糖发生率,提高患者用药依从性。

Objective To investigate the role of high quality nursing care in the intensive treatment of diabetes with insulin pump. Methods 60 patients with diabetes treated by intensive insulin pump treatment were randomly divided into two groups： routine nursing group and high quality nursing group. The results were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Both of the two methods took effect in the control of blood sugar in varying degrees. The high quality nursing group＆#39;s time for achieving glycemic control was （4.6±1.5）days,the average days of hospitalization was （8.3±2.6） days, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 26.7%, and its medication compliance were much better than those of the routine nursing group with statistically significant differences, P〈0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively reduce the blood glucose of diabetic patients with in-sulin pump therapy, shorten the average hospitalization time, decrease the incidence of hypoglycemia, and improve the medication compliance of the patients.
