摘要
本文主要对剪板机的控制部分进行了研究。通过在定长辊轴上的编码器,对钢板的送料长度进行控制。控制部分需根据各个模块的要求进行设计,以达到整体控制的目的。在此采用变频器和同步控制器,保证各电动机能够同步转动。
The control system of cutting machine was researched in this paper. The feeding length of steel sheet was controlled by using encoder fitted on the length--fixed roller. In order to control the whole machine, the control system was designed under the requirements of all parts. To ensure the synchrocontrolling of every motors, frequency transformer and synchronous controller wear adopted in the system.
