摘要
目前,鲜有关于钢板表面碳富集程度对后处理磷化质量影响的报道。采用常用磷化工艺对2种表面残碳量不同的退火冷轧钢进行磷化处理,对比研究了2种不同表面特性冷轧钢板的磷化性能。结果表明:当钢板表面碳以石墨态在钢板300 nm深度内存在时,会导致脱脂清洗性变差,磷化膜晶粒覆盖不完全、膜重偏低,喷漆漆膜附着力降低等不良后果。
Commonly used phosphating technology was adopted to conduct phosphating of two kinds of annealed cold-rolled steel sheets containing different contents of surface residual carbon,and the phosphating behavior of the two kinds of cold- rolled steel sheets was comparatively investigated.Results indicated that,when carbon existed in the state of graphite carbon in the range of 300 nm beneath the steel surface,the degreasing ability of the cold- rolled steel was worsened,and the phosphating coating covered the steel surface incompletely.The weight of the phosphating coating was lowered,and its adhesion to the steel substrate was weakened.
