摘要 对海监视是雷达的一个重要应用方向,为定量分析对海雷达网的探测效能,基于地理信息系统(GIS)环境和数字高程模型(DEM),对雷达网探测威力进行了直观显示和遮挡建模;对视距附近舰船目标和海杂波的雷达反射截面积进行了分析和建模,并从静态和动态两方面进行对海探测效能的仿真。仿真结果表明,标准大气传播时,对海探测效能主要受到雷达天线架高和海杂波的影响,海杂波主要影响小目标探测;当存在波导现象时,对海探测效能必须考虑超视距的影响。仿真结论和雷达网实际对海探测结果相一致,可用于作战模拟和新战法研究。 The sea-warning is an important application to radars. Aimed at analyzing the sea- detecting effectiveness quantitatively,based on Geographic Information System (GIS) environment and Digital Elevation Model (DEM), an obvious display and sheltering model to the sea-detecting of radar network has been made. The radar cross section of ship close to the horizon as well as sea clutter are analyzed and modeled, and the sea-detecting effectiveness of radar network is simulated in static and dynamic ways. The simulation indicates that in normal atmosphere reflectivity condition,the effectiveness is mainly influenced by the height of radar antenna over the sea and sea clutter which influences small targets more ,while in duct atmosphere ,the effectiveness must be pay attention to the over the horizon. The simulation conclusion accords with real sea-detecting results of radar network, which could be further used in combat simulation and the study of new combat means.
