Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Command Information System Based on Interval Number

在对指挥信息系统的作战效能进行评估时,对指标的评估结果往往不是一个精确的值,而是一个等级。现有的效能评估系统大多以指标量化值作为输入,不能客观反映评价者对指标估量的本意。作为这种方法的推广,用区间数来表述各项指标的评估结果,更加适用于指挥信息系统作战效能评估,使评估结果更加符合实际。

When evaluating operational effectiveness of command information system, the result of index estimation is usually not an exact number but a grade. Today＇s effectiveness evaluation system usually uses quantized index as its input,but it can＇t reflect the estimator＇s original idea objectively. As its extension, this paper use interval number to describe estimation results of every index, which is more applying to the operational effectiveness estimation of command information system and fitting the reality better.
