摘要
通过对同一地区(重金属含量高的地区)、不同蔬菜品种的Cr、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb含量进行调查分析,研究了不同蔬菜品种对不同重金属的富集特征及规律,对不同蔬菜品种易受污染程度进行了安全评价,并提出了相应的控制措施与建议,以保障蔬菜生产的质量安全。
Based on the investigation and analysis of Cr, Zn, As, Cd, Hg, Pb contents in different vegetables in the same area with high heavy metal content, the article studied the enrichment characteristics and laws of different heavy metals in different vegetables, and implemented a safe assessment on the contaminated degree of different vegetables, and then pointed out corresponding control measures and recommendations to ensure the quality safety of vegetable production.
