摘要
鉴于我国现行物流相关法律法规缺乏系统性及协调性、层次较低,已严重制约了我国现代物流健康发展的现状,分析了构建和完善我国现代物流法律体系的必要性和法理基础,结合我国现代物流相关法律法规的现状,研究了其中存在的具体问题,最后提出了完善我国现代物流法律体系的相关建议。
In this paper, in view of the current status of and issues in the legal and regulatory system of the modern logistics industry of China, we pointed out the necessity for the establishment and improvement of the modern logistics legal system of China and its juridical foundation, and at the end proposed the specific suggestions for the improvement of the system.
