摘要
阐述了我国物流行业相关法律法规的现状,并分析了存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了完善我国物流行业相关法律法制的原则和建议措施。
In this paper, we introduced the current status of the relevant laws and regulations of the Chinese logistics industry, analyzed the existing issues, and at the end, proposed the principles and suggestions to improve the logistics legal and regulatory system of China.
