In this paper, we introduced the fundamental principle, model and customer value house, its basic instrument, of the dynamic quality function deployment theory, on such basis and in connection with a case of a cold chain logistics enterprise, introduced the specific process and method for the application of the dynamic QFD in the programming of logistics services, and at the end, discussed the feasibility and necessity of the application.
