配送中心订单分批与拣货路径研究 被引量:6

摘要 建立了以最小化拣货路径距离为目标函数的分批与路径优化的组合数学模型,分别采用订单包络算法与遗传算法来解决订单的分批与路径优化问题,推导了双区型仓库模型下订单品项之间的通用距离公式。对订单分批前后分别按照传统穿越策略、S型策略和GA优化策略3种不同路径方法进行分析。算例分析证明,采用订单分批与GA路径优化的策略组合,其拣货路径距离最短,节约量最大,可以达到40.33%。 In this paper, we established the combinational mathematical model for order splitting and route optimization in distribution centers with the minimization of the traveling distance in order picking as the objective, then analyzed and compared the different routing methods under three different strategies before and after the splitting of orders, and at the end, demonstrated the validity of the model through a numerical example.
