摘要
首先对逆向物流的定义、特点以及集中管理库存的概念进行简单介绍,之后阐述了当前图书逆向物流集中库存存在的问题,在此基础之上,构建图书集中库存优化模型,对基于逆向物流的图书集中库存优化进行分析。
In this paper, we first introduced briefly the definition and characteristics of reverse logistics as well as the concept of centralized inventory management, and then illustrated the existing issues at the current stage, on the basis of which we established the centralized inventory optimization model for books. At the end, we analyzed the strategy for the optimization of centralized book inventory on the basis of reverse logistics.
