摘要
以2005-2012年物流行业数据为基础,根据投入-产出表将R&D溢出分为前向和后向溢出,然后通过数据包络方法计算物流行业的Malmquist生产率指数,考查技术效率和技术进步两部分。通过建立模型,对行业技术特征等变量进行控制,分析人力资本、R&D、R&D前向和后向溢出对物流行业的全要素生产率、技术效率、技术进步的影响,验证了模型的有效性和实用性。
In this paper, on the basis of the data of the Chinese logistics industry between 2005 and 2012 and in accordance with the input-output table, we divided the spillover of RD into forward spillover and backward spillover, then using DEA, calculated the Malmquist productivity index of the logistics industry to examine its technical efficiency and technical progress. At the end, we established a model to analyze the influence of the two spillover effects on the total factor productivity of the logistics industry and verified the effectiveness of the model.
