摘要
考虑由多个材料及零部件供应商、一个总承包商和业主所组成的工程项目供应链,在供应不确定的环境下,首先建立供应链信息共享的传统模型与基于云计算的供应链信息流协同模型,然后采用Monte Carlo方法来模拟工程项目中材料供应的全过程,通过两种模型的比较显示,相对于传统信息共享模型,基于云计算的供应链协同模型能够让多个供应商进行更加低成本、更及时、充分地横向信息共享,从而达到协同供应工程材料,有效降低了供应链的成本,提高了供应链的绩效,实现了工程项目供应链的帕累托改善。
In this paper, in view of a construction project supply chain composed of multiple material and spare parts suppliers, one general contractor and a number of business owners in a situation where the supply of goods was uncertain, we first built the traditional supply chain information sharing model and the collaborative supply chain information flow model based on cloud computation, and then used the Monte Carlo process to simulate the whole material supply process in construction projects by which to compare the effectiveness of the two models.
