基于TOPCARES-CDIO的物流工程专业人才培养创新机制探究

Exploration of Innovation Mechanism in Cultivation of Logistics Engineering Professional Talents Based on TOPCARES-CDIO

鉴于我国高校物流工程专业人才培养与企业需求的差距仍然较大的实际,以CDIO工程教育理念为依托,以高校产学研创新机制为背景,提出了基于TOPCARES-CDIO的一体化物流工程人才培养创新机制,该机制以有效提升学生的综合素质、就业竞争力和创新能力为最终目标,对面向产学研的人才培养、一体化的项目考核以及教学资源建设进行了探讨。

In this paper, in view that there was still gap between the college cultivation of the logistics engineering professional talents and the demand of the enterprises in China, and relying on the CDIO concept in engineering education, we proposed the innovative integrated logistics engineering talent cultivation mechanism based on TOPCARES-CDIO and next introduced the significance of the mechanism.
