摘要 针对大庆油田宋芳屯区块地层渗透率低、油层薄、油层易被污染的特点,研制一种无黏土高分子聚合物钻井液体系,对该钻井液体系性能进行了评价,并对其现场应用情况进行了分析。研究表明,该钻井液体系具有较好的抗温和封堵性能,同时具有良好的防塌抑制和抗污染性能;该钻井液体系能有效封堵岩心,且渗透率恢复率高,十分有利于保护油层;现场采用该钻井液体系施工后,提高了平均机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,取得了良好的效果。 For daqing oilfield the formation of SongFangtun,low permeability,thin reservoir,reservoir pollution characteristics in Block Songfongtun of Daqing Oilfield,a low clay polymer drilling fluid is developed,the performance of the drilling fluid is evaluated,and its site application are analyzed.Results show that the drilling fluid has good resistance to moderate sealing performance,and has good performance to suppress the collapse prevention and pollution resistance;The drilling fluid can effectively block cores,and the permeability recovery rate is high,is very helpful for protecting reservoir.After the drilling fluid is used for the field operation,it improves ROP,shortens the drilling cycle and it has good application effect.
