成都市生活垃圾两种处理方式的生命周期环境影响评价

LCA Environmental Impact Assessment of Two Treatment Methods of Household Garbage in Chengdu City

根据生命周期评价的原理及理论框架,采用eBalance软件对成都市垃圾填埋和垃圾焚烧两种生活垃圾处理方式对环境的影响进行了生命周期评价。评价结果表明:垃圾焚烧处理方式的单项环境影响小于垃圾填埋,但从生命周期节能减排评价综合指标考虑,则垃圾填埋处理方式优于垃圾焚烧。该结论较为客观地反映了生活垃圾处理对环境的影响,可为我国城市生活垃圾处理决策提供参考依据。

On the basis of the principle and theoretical framework of life cycle assessment,this paper assesses the environmental impact of landfill and incineration for the household garbage in Chengdu City systematically.This research mainly covers collection,transportation,landfill,incineration and so on,using eBalance computer software to do modeling and environmental impact assessment.The results show that the enviromental impact of many single events in incineration is less than the enviromental impact of those single events in landfill,while from the perspective of the comprehensive indexes of energy conservation and emission reduction,the landfill is better than incineration.The paper concludes the environmental impacts of waste treatment,and provides some references for urban household garbage treatment.
