摘要
为了对异步电动机的运行状态进行适时监测,以STC12C5A60单片机为主芯片,设计了一种异步电动机信号采集系统。介绍了系统的主要元件和总体框架(主要由直流电源模块、AD590温度传感器、A/D转换模块、互感器模块、串口通信模块、声光报警模块、12864液晶显示模块以及STC12C5A60单片机等部分组成),对STC12C5A60单片机主控电路、串口通信模块电路以及完成定时器、串口通信和A/D转换程序进行了设计。实际应用表明,该系统能够对异步电动机的电压、电流和温度等运行状态参数进行适时测量和存储,从而为异步电动机电机故障的诊断和排除奠定了基础。
In order to timely monitor the operation of asynchronous motor,it is mainly of STC12C5A60 microcontroller chips,asynchronous motor signal acquisition system is designed.The main components of the system and the control circuit of overall framework of STC12C5A60single-chip microcomputer are introduced,serial communication module circuit,and the timer,serial port communication and the A/D conversion program are designed.Actual application shows that the system can measure asynchronous motor running state parameters such as voltage,current and temperature measurement in time and storage,thus it provides solid foundation for asynchronous motor,fault diagnosis and eliminate laid a solid foundation
