肥胖儿童青少年心理健康研究述评

Review of the Research about Mental Health of Obese Children and Adolescents

肥胖已成为威胁人类健康的全球性问题之一,随着儿童青少年超重、肥胖率和肥胖程度的不断增加,肥胖儿童青少年的心理健康问题引起社会的广泛关注。通过对国内外关于肥胖儿童青少年心理健康的研究现状进行对比分析,以便人们更好的了解肥胖儿童青少年心理健康存在的问题。国外对肥胖儿童青少年心理健康的研究,主要从肥胖者对身体不满、自尊和抑郁的影响3个方面分析,较为充分地考虑了可能的中介和调节变量,如性别、年龄、种族和取笑等。国内学者主要从自我意识、个性心理、心理健康水平和抑郁4个方面探讨,但是较多只考虑了年龄和年级因素。研究内容的不同之处反映了不同文化规范对心理健康的理解。最后,分析目前国内研究中存在的不足,并对未来的相关研究提出几点建议。

Obesity has become one of the global problems which would threat the human health.Along with the increase of overweight and levels of obesity in children and adolescents,the mental health problems of obese children and adolescents draw wide concern in society.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and overseas research on the mental health of obese children and adolescents,and so that people would have better understand of the problems of their mental health of obese children and adolescents.Studies analyze the three aspects of body dissatisfaction and self-esteem and depression from obesity on obese children and adolescents abroad,which fully takes into account the possible mediation and regulation variables,such as gender,age,race,and tease and so on.Domestic scholars mainly discuss the four areas of self-awareness,personality psychology,mental health and depression,but which only consider the age and grade factors are considered.The differences of the study reflects the understanding of the different cultural norms on mental health.And the common grounds reflects the national experts in these areas to achieve a more consistent identity.Finally,the disadvantage of domestic research is analyzed,and future research perspectives are suggested
