摘要
采用正交实验方法,以氢氧化钠(NaOH)对聚丙烯腈(PAN)进行水解,测试PAN的水解产物的吸湿性能,得到PAN水解条件。结果表明:PAN水解最佳条件为水解时间3 h、水解温度100℃、PAN与NaOH的质量比1.0∶1.0,NaOH溶液质量分数8%;PAN水解产物中含有大量羧基等亲水基团,具有明显放热效应,吸湿积分热随着水解产物吸湿性的增大而增大;在回潮率为0时,水解产物的吸湿微分热达4.5 kJ/g。
The alkaline hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was conducted in presence of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The hydrolysis conditions of PAN were determined based on the moisture-absorption and heat-generating properties of PAN hydroly- zates by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the hydrolysis conditions of PAN were optimized as hydrolysis time 3 h and temperature 100 ℃, PAN-and-NaOH mass ratio 1.0 : 1.0, 8% NaOH solution by mass fraction; PAN hydrolyzates con- tained a large amount of hydrophilic earboxyl group and had a profound exothermie effect; the hydroscopic integral heat was in- creased with the increase of the hydroscopic property of the hydrolyzates; the hydroscopic differential heat of the hydrolysates reached 4.5 kJ/g as the moisture regain was zero.
