摘要
采用静电纺丝法制备了聚β-羟基丁酸酯/左旋聚乳酸(PHB/PLLA)共混纤维,探讨了静电纺丝工艺及PHB/PLLA共混电纺纤维的可纺性。结果表明:对共混溶剂氯仿/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(CF/DMF)体系,随DMF在共混溶剂中含量增加,PHB/PLLA纤维形态由连续的纤维变为微球;对CF溶剂体系,随纺丝溶液浓度增加,PHB/PLLA纤维形态从微球状变为珠状体,再变成纺锤体,最后形成连续纤维;适宜的PHB/PLLA共混电纺纤维的工艺条件如下:PHB/PLLA质量比为1∶1,溶剂为CF,电纺溶液质量分数为4%,推进速度为0.15 mm/min,板间距17 cm,电压18 kV。
A poly-β-hydroxybutyrate/poly-L-lactic acid (PHB/PLLA) blend fiber was prepared by electrospinning process. The electrospinning process conditions and the spinnability of PHB/PLLA blend fiber were discussed. The results showed that the morphology of PHB/PLLA fiber was transformed from continuous fiber to microspheres as the content of N, N-dimetbylacetamide (DMF) was increased in the mixture solvent system of chloroform (CF) and DMF; the morphology of the PHB/PLLA fiber was transforrned from microspheres into beads, then into spindles and finally into continuous fiber while using CF as the solvent sys- tem and increasing the spinning solution concentration; the rational process conditions for electrospun PHB/PLLA blend fiber were as followed: PHB/PLLA mass ratio 1 : 1, CF as the solvent, 4% spinning solution by mass fraction, injection speed 0.15 mm/min, collection plate distance 17 cm, voltage 18 kV.
