摘要 简要介绍了透湿、透气性超细纤维合成革的分类及其制备方法,主要分为多微孔聚氨酯合成革和无孔薄膜聚氨酯合成革;综述了改善超细纤维合成革透湿透气性能的方法,如超细纤维革基布改性和聚氨酯改性,聚氨酯膜的透湿透气性是主要影响因素,其改性方法主要包括添加剂、涂层微孔、亲水基团改性;不降低超细纤维合成革的物理性能,提高其透湿透气性能是今后的主要研究方向。 The classification and preparation of microfiber synthetic leather were briefly introduced, dominantly comprising mi- croporous polyurethane synthetic leather and non-porous membrane polyurethane synthetic leather. The techniques to improve the water vapor permeability of microfiher synthetic leather were reviewed, such as microfiber synthetic leather substrate modification and polyurethane modification ; the primary influential factor was the water vapor permeability of polyurethane membrane and the modification techniques mainly comprised additives, coating micropore and hydrophilic group modification; the research trend should be focused on the improvement of the water vapor permeability of mierofiber synthetic leather without the loss of physical properties.
