摘要
介绍了200 kt/a聚酯装置真空系统工艺,分析了真空系统故障原因,并进行相应的设备改造,优化完善了聚酯真空喷淋系统工艺。结果表明:通过增设真空抽料系统,将聚集在液封槽内室底部的低聚物排除到乙二醇系统之外,减少乙二醇循环泵切换频率;对刮板冷凝器进行改造,延长其运行时间,解决了装置因刮板冷凝器堵料造成停车处理的问题;对真空喷淋管线清洗工艺的技术优化改进,克服了真空喷淋管线结垢、堵塞,实现了装置在线清洗真空喷淋管线的目的,整个真空系统的稳定运行,延长了真空系统运行时间。
The vacuum system process of 200 kt/a polyester unit was introduced. The failure of vacuum system of the unit was analyzed. The corresponding equipment transformation was performed. The vacuum spray system process of the polyester unit was optimized. The results showed that the oligomers at the bottom of liquid seal tank chamber were removed from the ethylene glycol system and thus the glycol circulating pump switching frequency was decreased by adding a vacuum pump feeding system; the scraper condenser was transformed in order to prolong the running time and solve the shutdown problem caused by the block of scraper condenser; the cleaning technique for vacuum spray pipeline was optimized to overcome the scaling and blocking of vacu- um spray pipeline and realize the online pipeline cleaning; the vacuum system operated steadily and the running time prolonged.
