摘要
多元醇和异腈酸酯是合成单组份湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料(DPU)的主要原料。通过测试不同多元醇官能度、不同异氰酸酯指数对DPU各项技术指标的影响,对DPU的综合性能进行研究。结果表明,异氰酸酯指数,即n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=4∶1,聚醚多元醇官能度为2.14时,合成的DPU综合性能最优。
The polyol and isocyanate are the main raw materials for the synthesis of moisture cured one component polyurethane waterproof coating （DPU）.The comprehensive properties of DPU was studied by studying the different effect of polyol functionality,and isocyanate index on technical index of DPU.The results show that,when isocyanate index,namely n（-NCO）∶n（-OH）=4∶1,and polyether polyol functionality is 2.14,the comprehensive performance of DPU reaches the optimal.
