柑桔种质资源对脚腐病的抗性鉴定

Studies on the Resistance of Some Citrus Biotypes to Foot Rot (Phytophthora parasitica)

采用刻伤接种柑桔脚腐病病原菌(Phytophthora parasitica),观察51个柑桔种质资源对柑桔脚腐病的抗病程度。测定结果表明:枳、枳橙、枳柚、大叶金豆、酸橙等19个种类或品种对脚腐病具有高抗或抗病性;福桔、尤力克柠檬等14种材料为感病或重感病型;其余18个为中抗或中感型。其中,高抗类型大叶金豆(Fortunella hindsii var.chintou)为首次报道。

The resistances of 51 citrus biotypes to P. parasitica have been measured in this study. The results show that 19 are high resistance (HR) or resistance (R), 14 are susceptible(s)or high susceptible (HS), and the other 18 are moderate resistance(MR) or moderate susceptible(MS). The HR of large leaf golden bean (Fortunella handsii vat. chintou Swingle) is firstly reported.
