我国沿海省(区、市)海洋经济发展差异研究

Research about the disparities of the development of marine economy about coastal provinces in China

随着国家对开发利用海洋的重视程度日渐提升,我国沿海省(区、市)海洋经济发展水平在不断提高的同时,地区间海洋经济发展存在着差异。利用标准差、变异系数以及泰勒指数对地区间海洋经济静态差异进行分析、利用复合增速对地区间海洋经济动态差异进行分析,选取海洋渔业、海洋盐业、海洋矿业以及滨海旅游业4个海洋产业对沿海省(区、市)进行产业聚集度分析,并从资源禀赋、陆域经济及政策因素三个方面分析了沿海省(区、市)海洋经济发展差异的成因,进而提出缩小差异的对策建议。

With more importance on ocean exploitation and utilization being attached, the development level of marine economy in our country gets higher and higher. But there are disparities among these coastal areas. The static disparities are analyzed through standard deviation, coefficient of variation and the Taylor index and the dynamic disparities through compound growth rate. Furthermore, marine fishery, marine salt, marine mining, coastal tourism in coastal provinces are selected to analyze their industry agglomeration. The significant cause of the disparities about marine economy are analyzed from three aspects： natural endowment, inland economy and policy factors. In the end, the corresponding countermeasure orooosals are out forward.
