摘要当前马尔代夫恐怖主义活动呈现出恐怖分子越境发动恐怖主义袭击、成员年轻化且多有海外留学经历等特点。为有效预防、打击恐怖主义活动,马政府积极加强反恐立法;强化反恐力量建设;谋求发展经济,提高青年就业率;接受区域内外大国的反恐支持与援助,积极参与各种双边与多边反恐合作。
