近年来中国与周边国家的海洋争端越来越多,但我国公民的海洋意识薄弱,尤其是大学生对海权意识的认识淡漠。如海洋的国土意识淡薄、缺乏正确的海洋权益意识观、海洋维权意识不强,对国家安全意识不到位。为此,在高校国防教育中应加强当代大学生海洋权益教育。

In recent years, China has more and more maritime disputes with the neighboring countries, but the maritime consciousness of our citizen is weak, and especially the college students＇ consciousness of marine rights and interests is indifferent. Such as indifferent homeland consciousness, lack of the correct maritime rights consciousness, not strong marine rights aware ness and not proper awareness of national security. Therefore, the approaches of the marine right and interest education should be strengthened in the national defense education in colleges and universities.
