摘要
儒家榜样教化的展开包括教化的主体、榜样的素质、教化的基础、教化的方式、教化的效果等五个环节或五大元素。儒家榜样教化的理论基础是儒家心性论;儒家榜样教化对君王的言行具有约束意义,对百姓的品质则具有提升意义。儒家榜样教化存在两个需要完善的地方:一是教化形式的绝对化,二是教化主体的精英化,这两个方面都可能影响儒家榜样教化的效果,从而需要进一步研究而完善之。
Model indoctrination of Confucian including five elements: the subject, the quality, the basis, the ways, the effect. Its theoretical basis is theory of Mind; Confucian model indoctrination is constraint for the words and deeds of Kings, as well as to the quality of the common people. But Confucian model enlightenment still needs to improve in two points: first is absolutization in the form of enlightenment; second is elitism in the subject of indoctrination. These two aspects would affect the effect of model indoctrination of Confucian, which need further studies.
